体育教学改革的关键在于教师,要探寻体育教学改革成功的途径,可以把体育教师的教学改革动力作为突破口。本文从体育教师专业化发展的角度对此问题进行探讨,首先阐述了教师教学改革动力的内涵,并进一步对中小学体育教师教学改革动力的现状及成因进行了分析,在此基础上提出了激发与强化中小学体育教师教学改革的策略。
The key to the reform of physical education teaching lies in the teachers. To find out the ways of successful physical education reform, we can use the momentum of the physical education teachers’ teaching reform as a breakthrough. This article discusses this issue from the perspective of the professional development of PE teachers. First of all, it expounds the connotation of the motivation of teacher education reform, and further analyzes the current situation and causes of the motivation of PE reform for primary and middle school PE teachers. Based on this, it proposes to stimulate Strategies for Strengthening Teaching Reform of Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools .
