在EBZ-260型掘进机的实际应用中,存在着截割减速器太阳轮限位板-限位销的严重磨损问题。根据经典摩擦理论,太阳轮限位副接触面必承受载荷。载荷是影响磨损程度的最重要因素之一。为解决限位板-限位销磨损问题,通过Solid Works软件对EBZ-260型掘进机截割减速器第一级太阳轮进行三维精确建模,模拟真实的载荷情况,利用Solid Works Simulation对三维模型进行有限元静力学分析。进而得出第一级太阳轮花键齿部变形,带入轴向力计算模型计算得出太阳轮所受轴向力。最后分析了影响轴向力的其它因素,得出第一、二级太阳轮输出端受到的轴向总力的函数表达式,并应用MATLAB编程图形化显示。确定了太阳轮限位板-限位销磨损原因,为对磨损的进一步研究提供了精确的载荷数据。
In the actual application of the EBZ-260 roadheader, there is a serious problem of wear and tear of the sun gear stop plate and the limit pin of the cutter reducer. According to classical friction theory, the sun gear limit contact surface will bear the load. Loading is one of the most important factors affecting the degree of wear. In order to solve the problem of the wear of the stopper plate and the stopper pin, SolidWorks software was used to accurately simulate the first stage sun gear of EBZ-260 roadheader cutting reducer and simulate the real load condition. The model is subjected to finite element static analysis. And then the deformation of the first-level sun gear spline tooth is obtained, and the calculated axial force is used to calculate the axial force of the sun gear. Finally, the other factors affecting the axial force are analyzed, and the expression of the axial total force exerted on the output of the first and second stage sun gear is obtained. The program is displayed graphically by MATLAB programming. Determine the sun wheel limit plate - limit pin wear reasons, in order to further study the wear and tear provides accurate load data.
