介绍某旋流池沉井施工工艺、失稳倾斜原因及纠倾处理过程。针对钢筋混凝土旋流池在施工过程中失稳倾斜事故,对该工程沉井的施工组织设计和施工工艺及地质的实际情况进行调查、分析,并找出沉井施工过程中存在的问题,以及导致沉井失稳倾斜的原因。对失稳倾斜后的旋流池沉井进行受力分析后发现,该沉井的重心仍在沉井底面刃角圆之内。为保证沉井纠倾后的位置与原设计沉井位置基本不变,确定纠倾方案,并通过在该沉井东南角设置限位桩、西北角设置反力平台后,再在沉井内部不平衡掏土,使沉井在下沉过程中依靠自重和限位约束逐步回正。
