目的:观察糖平煎对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)、瘦素(Leptin)、白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:采取高热量饲料喂养结合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射的方法复制T2DM大鼠模型,随机分为对照组、模型组及糖平煎大(HTPJ组)、小剂量组(LTPJ组),连续治疗4周。观察大鼠血清FFA、Leptin、IL-6和TNF-α水平的变化。结果:糖平煎能明显降低血清FFA、Leptin、IL-6、TNF-α,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:糖平煎可以改善T2DM大鼠脂毒性,降低血清炎症因子(Leptin,IL-6,TNF-α)的水平,这可能是其影响机体脂代谢过程,改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)的机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effects of Tangjianping on serum free fatty acid (FFA), leptin, interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods: T2DM rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of high-caloric diet combined with low-dose streptozotocin (STZ) and randomly divided into control group, model group, HTPJ group, low dose group LTPJ group) for 4 weeks. The changes of serum FFA, Leptin, IL-6 and TNF-α in serum were observed. Results: Tangjianjian decoction can significantly reduce serum FFA, Leptin, IL-6, TNF-α, compared with the model group there was significant difference (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Tang Ping Jian can improve the lipid toxicity of T2DM rats and decrease the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines (IL-6 and TNF-α), which may be the mechanism of its effect on the process of lipid metabolism and the improvement of insulin resistance (IR) one.
