目前農村中表格過多的現象是比較突出的。此種濫發表格現象,不僅影響國家所需要的正式的合法表格之填報,而且更嚴重的是加重了區、鄉工作人員的負担,造成人力和時間上不應有的浪費,直接妨礙到農村生產的指導。爲了制止農村中表格過多的混亂狀况,本府特將上級與本省所製定批准由區鄉政府填報的農林、水利生產的合法報表公佈於後: 一、屬於定期的報表只有下列三種:
