目的建立三白草药材及其抗肝纤维化有效部位中总木脂素含量测定方法。方法以三白草酮为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定三白草药材及其抗肝纤维化有效部位中总木脂素含量。结果三白草酮在1.94~15.52μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.6%,99.3%,RSD分别为1.61%,1.91%。结论方法简单,数据可信,为控制三白草及有效部位质量提供了可靠依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of total lignan content of Siberian herbs and their effective anti-fibrosis components. Methods Tribenaprin as a reference substance, UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total lignan in the active ingredients of Siberian Herbs and its anti-liver fibrosis. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of triballone in the range of 1.94 ~ 15.52μg / ml. The average recoveries were 99.6% and 99.3%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.61% and 1.91%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, the data is credible, and provides a reliable basis for controlling the quality of Saururus chinensis and its effective site.
