目前,我国高校对体育教学还是比较重视的,高校体育的教学目的在于传授肢体动作和科学训练方法的同时让学生认识到什么是肢体美感。在体育教学中,对学生美感认知的挖掘非常重要,不仅要求学生能认识到什么是美,还要着重培养学生用肢体语言表达美。[1]结合体育教学实践案例和一些文献参考,文章对高校体育将如何培养学生美感做了总结,通过让学生学习基本动作到学会鉴赏美学艺术作品,提出了具体的教学方案。
At present, colleges and universities in our country pay more attention to the teaching of physical education. The purpose of the teaching of college physical education is to teach the body movements and scientific training methods, at the same time, make the students realize what is the beauty of limbs. In PE teaching, it is very important to excavate students ’aesthetics. It not only requires students to recognize what is beauty, but also emphasizes students’ expression of beauty in body language. [1] According to the case of PE teaching and some references, this article summarizes how college PE will cultivate students’ aesthetics. By letting students learn basic movements and learning to appreciate aesthetics and art works, a specific teaching plan is put forward.
