X射线荧光定性分析,一般是根据扫描所得到的衍射峰的高度(即谱线强度)及其所在的2θ角查表求得的.但是,根据上述的思维,编制了计算机程序,利用电子计算机,就能够自动地鉴别出是某些元素并打印在记录纸上.本文阐述和讨论了这种自动的X射线荧光定性分析.本工作所用的程序语言是BASICⅡ语言,其输出是直接打印出所鉴别出的元素的原子序数、元素符号、主要特征谱线的名称、2θ角和强度.本文给出了程序框图及使用本方法的实例.
