研究不同形变温度对碳素钢应变诱导相变微观组织的影响。结果表明,变形温度较低时,奥氏体的再结晶是微观组织的主要变化规律。变形温度升高时,奥氏体的再结晶规律变弱,形变诱导产生铁素体和动态再结晶成为微观组织的主要变化规律。碳素钢组织中铁素体的大小和形态与变形温度有着密切的关系。
The effect of different deformation temperature on the strain induced transformation microstructure of carbon steel was studied. The results show that austenite recrystallization is the main variation of microstructure when the deformation temperature is low. When the deformation temperature increases, the recrystallization regularity of austenite becomes weaker and the main variation regularity of ferrite and dynamic recrystallization into microstructure is induced by deformation. The size and shape of ferrite in carbon steel are closely related to the temperature of deformation.
