目的:探讨复方白头翁胶体制剂对阴道毛滴虫耐药株的抑制作用,开发出适合女性泌尿生殖道阴道毛滴虫感染的新型药物释放系统。方法:白头翁提取物与蚕蛹复合氨基酸及铜绿等矿物质络合成胶体溶液制剂,以肉汤稀释法测定不同浓度的制剂对阴道毛滴虫耐药株的灭活效应。结果:复方白头翁提取物胶体制剂含量为1.0 g/ml、0.1 g/ml时,两组的滴虫死亡率均高于空白对照组(P<0.01),滴虫的死亡率随着药物浓度的增加而增加,同一药物浓度随着作用时间的延长滴虫死亡率也增高。药物作用24 h后,滴虫全部死亡。结论:复方白头翁胶体制剂可明显抑制阴道毛滴虫耐药株,具有高活性抗阴道毛滴虫耐药株生长的药效学作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of compound Pulsatilla chinensis on the drug-resistant strains of Trichomonas vaginalis and to develop a novel drug delivery system suitable for female genitourinary tract infections of Trichomonas vaginalis. Methods: The complex of Pulsatillae extract and silkworm chrysalis compound amino acid and patulin was colloidal solution preparation. The inactivation effect of different concentrations of preparations on Trichomonas vaginalis resistant strains was determined by broth dilution method. Results: The mortality of trichomoniasis of Pulsatillae extract was 1.0 g / ml and 0.1 g / ml, both of which were higher than that of blank control group (P <0.01) Increase and increase, the same drug concentration with the extension of the role of trichomoniasis mortality also increased. After 24 h, the trichomoniasis all died. Conclusion: Pulsatilla Compound Compound can significantly inhibit Trichomonas vaginalis resistant strains, with high activity against Trichomonas vaginalis resistant growth of the pharmacodynamic effect.
