山东省义务教育教师教学技能英语培训项目始于2015年,北京外国语大学已连续两年承担英语学科志愿者教师的培训者培训工作,参训教师不仅要将所学所感带回自己的课堂,更担负着送教下乡、授业帮扶的神圣使命。通过分级培训,辐射带动广大乡村的薄弱学科教师切实提升教学技能,实现全省范围内教学水平的均衡发展。整合高校优质资源,发挥一线志愿者教师的能量,形成了强大合力,培训卓有成效。以下是项目组对2017年最新培训情况做出的展望。
