放射源丢失事故的发生,既危害人民健康与安全,又造成经济损失,特别是给社会带来不良影响。为减少和杜绝事故的发生,分析事故原因,总结经验教训,对制订必要的管理规程和采取有效的安全技术措施将是有益的。本文仅就一起放射源丢失事故的原因作一分析。一、事故发生概况1993年3月16日,河北煤田地质勘探公司第四地质队的地质勘探人员乘车到下花园区李家庄勘探区测井,途中将放射源与铅罐一同丢失。经当地公安部门技术鉴定结论为:由于该车长期在颠簸路面上行驶,导致重托源罐的铁板受力不均而断裂,源罐脱落丢失。在市政府的组织下,卫生、公安部门迅速协助
