同志们: 很高兴来参加这个会议。刚才,建国同志的讲话和工作部署很好,我都赞成。这几年,特别是去年,我省邮电通信事业取得了显著成绩,跨入了全国前五名,为我省加快经济发展,扩大对外开放,方便人民生产和生活作出了很大贡献。我省国民生产总值提前七年实现了第二个翻番,其中有邮电干部职工一份功劳。在这里,向全省邮电部门的广大干部职工表示衷心的感谢和亲切的慰问！并向受表彰的先进单位表示热烈的祝贺！ 我们正处在瞬息万变的信息时代,我们正在进行着现代化建设的伟大事业。随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,信息业必将成为经济的主导产业,邮电通信将发挥越来越大的作用。去年召开的省八届人大和六次党代会提出了我省到2010年在经济
Comrades: Glad to attend this meeting. Just now, the speech and work arrangements of the founding fatherland are very good. I agree with it. In recent years, especially last year, the province’s post and telecommunications undertaking made remarkable achievements and stepped into the top five in the country. It has made great contributions to accelerating economic development, opening wider to the outside world, and facilitating people’s production and life. Our province’s GNP doubled in the second seven years ahead of schedule, including a credit for cadres and employees of Posts and Telecommunications. Here, I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude and cordial condolences to the vast numbers of cadres and workers in the province’s post and telecommunications department.
