配气凸轮的种类与型号很多,就其对称性而言,有对称型与不对称型两类。要想尽可能真实地描绘出实际轮廓的理想桃尖位置,无论对称与否,首要的是使其包容区域符合最小条件。笔者认为:当凸轮升程误差在对其公差带而言的异侧具有等值极限点时,桃尖位置最佳,升程误差的包容区域最小。本文以不对称型、升程偏差分段要求、公差带浮动的EQ140进气凸轮升程误差的评定为例(其升程公差带如图所示),具体说明按最小条件评定配气凸轮升程误差时,合理确定桃尖位置的一般步骤和方法。 1.进行常规一次测量
