目的 对停经日期超为 34～ 50天健康早孕妇女使用米非司酮 (Mifepristone)配伍米索前列醇片 (Misoprostol)终止妊娠，致完全流产的临床观察。方法 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇口服。结果 完全流产率 90. 7％。结论 药物人流疗效与孕期长短有关，越短越好，同时在服药后胎囊排出后常规使用催产素能促进子宫收缩，缩短阴道流血的时间及出血量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol for termination of pregnancy and complete abortion on healthy early pregnant women with menopause dates exceeding 34-50 days. Methods Mifepristone with misoprostol orally. Results Complete abortion rate of 90.7%. Conclusions The effect of drug abortion is related to the length of pregnancy. The shorter the better, the regular use of oxytocin after taking the fetus capsule can promote uterine contractions, shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and the amount of bleeding.
