根据中日政府有关大瑶山隧道技术合作交流的协议,自1982年起两国在铁路隧道方面将进行一系列的技术合作交流活动。1983年1月中国铁道部组派第一个“中国长隧道设计施工组”赴日研修,参观考察了正在施工的隧道16座,并参观访问了日本铁路结构物设计事务所和铁道技术研究所。通过研修考察,对日本隧道新奥法(New Austrian Tunnellimg Method)设计施工技术情况有了一个概略的了解,兹就设计和施工两个方面概述如下。
According to the agreement reached by the Chinese and Japanese governments on the technical cooperation and exchange of the Dayaoshan Tunnel, a series of technical cooperation and exchange activities will be held in the railway tunnel between the two countries since 1982. January 1983 China’s Ministry of Railways sent the first “China Long Tunnel Design and Construction Group” to Japan to study and inspect the construction of the tunnel 16, and visited the Japan Railway Structure Design Institute and the Institute of Railway Technology . Through the study tour, we have a general understanding of the design and construction technology of the New Austrian Tunnellim Method in Japan. The two aspects of design and construction are summarized as follows.
