磷矿的生产是在地下完成的 ,一旦设备发生故障 ,将导致停工停产。为了降低故障的发生率 ,减少停产对磷矿生产的影响 ,文章在剖析生产系统的基础上 ,建立了相应的数学模型 ,对生产系统的利用率、可靠度、平均正常工作时间、平均维修一次的时间、平均循环一次的时间以及平稳状态下单位时间内故障的次数等进行了研究。研究表明 ,相关的磷矿企业可根据对应的结果制定防范措施
