人品与人才,哪个更加重要?如果你是企业或政府部门领导,提拔干部时你会选择少才无德的人还是少才有德的人?在10月17日举办的第四届复旦基础教育论坛上,复旦大学校长、中科院院士杨玉良等专家批判了社会及教育界某些人的功利化心态,认为教育不能只注重知识传授,而忽视学生的德性培养和责任感的培育。
Which character and talent is more important? If you are a leader of a company or a government department, when you promote a cadre, do you choose people with few talents or talented people? The fourth Fudan Foundation was held on October 17th. At the Education Forum, experts from Fudan University and academician Yang Yuliang of the Chinese Academy of Sciences criticized the utilitarian mentality of some people in the society and the education sector. They believed that education should not only focus on knowledge transfer but neglect the cultivation of students’ morality and the cultivation of their sense of responsibility.
