提高引水式水电站运行的经济性和安全性,一是水电站的发电流量踉踪前池来水的变化,并使前池水位始终保持在一个较高的运行位置,既增加了水电站的工作水头,又不造成弃水;其二是在某一发电流量的条件下,最优分配发电机组间的负荷,使水电站的总出力最大.为此本文提出了n台发电机组的引水式水电站前池水位控制及机组间最优负荷分配的综合控制模型.并在此基础上设计了一种可应用计算机实施的综合控制模式.
To improve the economy and safety of diversion-type hydropower stations, one is that the generation flow of the hydropower station tracks the change of the incoming water in the former pool and keeps the water level in the forecad at a higher operating position, which not only increases the working head of the hydropower station, Without causing abandoned water; the second is under the conditions of a power flow, the optimal distribution of load between generating units, the maximum total output of hydropower stations. For this reason, this paper presents a comprehensive control model of n-unit hydroelectric station water level control and optimal load distribution among units. On the basis of this, a kind of integrated control mode that can be applied by computer is designed.
