新生儿疾病筛查是减少新生儿残疾发生的有效手段,开展新生儿先天性、遗传代谢性疾病筛查对提高出生人口素质,降低出生缺陷发生率具有重要意义[1]。我县根据《新生儿疾病筛查规范》和《甘肃省新生儿疾病筛查实施细则》,自2009年6月开展新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症(congenital hypothy-roidism,CH)、苯丙酮尿症(phenylketonuria,PKU)的筛查工作。现将我县2009年6月至2012年12月相关筛查结果进行回顾性分析,为进一步做好新生儿疾病筛查工作提供依据,现报道如下。
Neonatal screening is an effective way to reduce the incidence of neonatal disability. To carry out screening of congenital and genetic metabolic diseases in neonates is of great significance to improve the quality of birth population and reduce the incidence of birth defects [1]. According to the Newborn Disease Screening Regulations and Gansu Province Newborn Disease Screening Regulations, our county has conducted congenital hypothyroidism (CH), phenylketonuria Phenylketonuria (PKU) screening work. Now my county in June 2009 to December 2012 related to screening results were retrospectively analyzed for further screening of newborns to provide the basis for disease screening are reported below.
