目的探讨胆囊癌的CT误、漏诊原因。方法搜集21例胆囊癌CT误、漏诊病例,回顾性分析其误、漏诊原因及CT表现。结果 21例胆囊癌病例中,误诊为胆囊炎、胆结石12例,胰头癌伴肝内外胆管扩张2例,3例侵犯肝脏漏诊,胆囊息肉样变4例。结论只要全面检查、观察仔细,提高对胆囊癌CT征象的认识,对胆囊癌的误、漏诊应能减少。
Objective To investigate the causes of CT errors and missed diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Twenty - one cases of CT gallbladder cancer were collected, and the causes of misdiagnosis and CT were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 21 cases of gallbladder cancer, misdiagnosed as cholecystitis, gallstones in 12 cases, pancreatic cancer with intrahepatic bile duct dilatation in 2 cases, 3 cases of violation of the liver missed diagnosis, gallbladder polypoid change in 4 cases. Conclusion As long as a comprehensive examination, careful observation, improve the understanding of CT signs of gallbladder cancer, gallbladder cancer errors, missed diagnosis should be able to reduce.
