为研究起-停式定宽压力机柔性体部件对机械运动精度的影响,分别应用Solid Works和ANSYS软件建立定宽压力机的三维刚体系统模型和侧压连杆的柔性体模型,并在动力学仿真软件ADAMS中采用替换法建立刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型,通过仿真分析,得到了锤头的行程、速度和加速度等运动学参数,侧压连杆与滑架和曲柄之间的接触力分布,侧压连杆的应力及变形情况,并对多刚体和刚柔耦合模型的仿真结果进行了对比,结果可知,刚柔耦合模型更能反映机构的真实运动,为其动态性能的评价和优化提供参考。
In order to study the influence of flexible body parts on the accuracy of mechanical movement, the three-dimensional rigid body system model of fixed-width press and the flexible body model of lateral pressure connecting rod were established respectively by Solid Works and ANSYS software. In the simulation software ADAMS, the rigid-flexible coupled virtual prototype model is established by the substitution method. The kinematic parameters such as the stroke, velocity and acceleration of the hammer are obtained through the simulation analysis. The contact force distribution between the lateral compression linkage and the carriage and the crank , The stress and deformation of the lateral pressure link are compared and the simulation results of multi-rigid body and rigid-flexible coupling model are compared. The results show that the rigid-flexible coupling model can better reflect the real movement of the mechanism, and evaluate and optimize its dynamic performance for reference.
