我厂钻的水冶系统,对于含有大量铁和铁与砷的硫酸钴液的净化脱铁、砷作业,过去一直采用氯酸钠作氧化剂以实现杂质与钴液的分离。而氯酸钠是一种易燃、易爆、价格昂贵的化工材料,且由于酸性钴液中存有大量氯离子,对设备腐蚀严重。因此,寻求其它氧化剂取代氯酸钠除铁,是多快好省地发展钴冶炼工业的途径之一。
