1998年6～12月，笔者用加味麻杏石甘场配合西药治疗高原地区小儿肺炎73例，并与用西药治疗的49例作对比观察，现将结果报告如下。临床资料122例为我科住院患儿，均符合小儿肺炎防治方案诊断标准［中华儿科杂志1987；25（1）：47－49］。根据入院先后顺序随机分成2组。治疗组73
From June to December 1998, 73 cases of pediatric pneumonia were treated with Modified Maxing Shucan with western medicine and compared with 49 cases treated with western medicine. The results are reported as follows. Clinical data 122 cases of our hospitalized children, are in line with diagnostic criteria for prevention and treatment of pediatric pneumonia [Chinese Pediatrics 1987; 25 (1): 47-49]. According to the order of admission were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group 73
