研究NiO/Fe_2O_3湿式混合与球磨过程中的噪声能消耗、球磨效率及二者之间的关系。结果表明,球磨工艺的最佳工艺参数为:填水率64.10%~85.47%,小/大球个数比360/20,球磨机转速300.9 r/min,填粉率约10.88%,填球率20.53%~23.88%,球磨时间6 h。引入离散元法(DEM)分析球磨过程中噪声能消耗与球磨效率之间的关系,得到噪声能消耗与填球率关系的经验方程。研究表明粉体的平均粒度随着噪声能的消耗而减小,而球磨效率和球碰撞能的利用率则随着噪声能消耗的增加而减小。
The relationship between noise energy consumption, milling efficiency and the relationship between NiO / Fe_2O_3 wet mixing and ball milling was studied. The results show that the optimum parameters of ball milling are: water filling rate 64.10% ~ 85.47%, number of small / large ball 360/20, speed of ball mill 300.9 r / min, filling rate 10.88%, filling rate 20.53 % ~ 23.88%, milling time 6 h. Discrete element method (DEM) was introduced to analyze the relationship between noise energy consumption and ball milling efficiency during ball milling, and the empirical equation of the relation between noise energy consumption and ball loading rate was obtained. The results show that the average particle size of the powder decreases with the noise energy consumption, while the ball milling efficiency and the ball collision energy utilization rate decreases with the increase of noise energy consumption.
