《巴山夜雨》上映前后,一些报刊,杂志都十分夸赞这部新摄制的影片,我也十分同意这些好评。但我觉得许多评论文章都没有谈到影片的不足和弱点,这对影片的老编导叶楠和吴永刚同志是不会有多大帮助的,我相信他们所希望的还是多提意见和不同的看法,因为他们还要编导很多很多电影。为了便于他们进一步提高电影创作的质量,我想直率地谈点《巴山夜雨》的不足之处。
Before and after the movie “Bashan Rain”, some newspapers and magazines praised this newly produced film and I very much agree with these comments. However, I think many review articles have not talked about the inadequacies and weaknesses of the film. This is not going to be much help to my old film directors, Yeh Nan and Wu Yonggang. I believe what they want is more opinions and different opinions. Because they also want to many, many movies. In order to facilitate them to further improve the quality of film making, I would like to talk straightforwardly about the shortcomings of the nightmare.
