洼70断块是冷家油田2006年采用水平井技术进行薄层储量整体开发的稠油区块之一,该区块主力油层有效厚度平均8 m。针对油层埋藏浅、邻井资料少、水平段中靶精度要求高、油层薄、储层孔隙度和渗透率高等情况,实施过程中,采用复合式二开井身结构设计,对油层位置不确定水平井段,实施导眼井确定油层深度;针对上部钻经地层胶结疏松,成岩性差的特点,优化钻具组合;在水平段采用LWD地质导向过程中,采用LWD防卡技术,有效保证了全井的安全钻进;在油层构造与分布特征逐渐清晰的情况下,采用了鱼钩型井眼轨迹,既确保了设计效果,又减少了导眼井及无效进尺;使用的生物聚合物混油钻井液体系满足该区块薄层水平井开发需要,为减少事故和复杂情况的发生提供了保障。截至2008年12月,已完成的16口薄油层水平井,油层钻遇率平均达92.6%,投产后增产效果明显,水平井开发取得了良好效果。

As of December 2008, the completion of the 16 horizontal wells with thin reservoirs has an average drilling drilling rate of 92.6%. After putting into production, the stimulation effect is obvious and the horizontal well has achieved good results.
