一、煤炭行业信息化建设的现状煤炭工业信息化经历了“七五”起步,“八五”巩固,“九五”调整,“十五”发展等阶段,经过二十年的建设,我国煤炭行业信息化建设取得了较为明显的成效。但由于煤炭企业本身具有的产业集中度低、生产经营条件差和所处地区偏远等特点,目前,煤炭行业的信息化程度普遍较低,主要呈现出以下几个特点。
