以试验研究为基础,用两种型式的试验件试验来研究飞机结构防护涂层在典型气候和人工加速环境条件下的疲劳性能的影响,并采用结构细节疲劳额定值(DFR)方法给出在环境条件下有/无防护涂层试件的疲劳强度修正系数。由试验结果分析得到下述结论:经大气暴露的涂层试件比未经大气暴露试验的DFR值要下降11%~21%。双涂层试件比单涂层试件在相同暴露试验条件下DFR值要高。
Based on the experimental study, two types of test pieces were used to study the effect of the protective coating on the fatigue properties of the aircraft structure protective coating under typical climate and artificial accelerated environmental conditions. Structural fatigue test (DFR) Fatigue Strength Correction Coefficient of Test Specimens with / without Protective Coating under Ambient Conditions. From the analysis of the test results, the following conclusion is reached: the exposed samples exposed to the atmosphere have a 11% -21% reduction in DFR values compared with those without exposure to the atmosphere. DFR values were higher for double-coated specimens than for single-coated specimens under the same exposure conditions.
