On July 30, 2013, Stora Enso Group Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to start the integration of forestry-pulp and paper projects in Tieshangang (Linhai) Industrial Zone, Beihai, Guangxi. More than 400 people, including leaders of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Beihai Municipal Government as well as heads of relevant departments, Stora Enso Guangxi project management and staff representatives, project contractors and supplier representatives, were invited to attend the ceremony. Stora Enso Song Wang, president of the Group China presided over the opening ceremony. The senior vice president of Stora Enso Group and the general manager of Guangxi Lin-Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd., represented the guests. In his speech, Vanke emphasizes that Stora Enso Group, a sustainable industrial enterprise, will make every effort to contribute to the social development of Beihai and Guangxi and will do its utmost to minimize the impact on the local natural environment .
