由于私人自建房屋大多交由不具备建筑法等有关法律规定资质的人组织施工,随之而来的就是工人在拆房、建房过程中发生事故而遭受人身损害后,以“雇员受害赔偿纠纷”向人民法院起诉的案件数量呈逐年增长之势。笔者将从以下几个方面简要分析民房建设中承建人雇工受伤害时房主之责任问题。
