新修订的《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》于2007年6月1日起施行。为了响应全国妇联、中宣部等十八个部门关于“六一”期间重点宣传《未成年人保护法》的通知,6月9日,北京青年政治学院法律系与中国法学会青少年法制教育研究会共同举办了宣传贯彻《未成年人保护法》学术研讨会,中国法学会青少年法制教育研究会会长康树华教授、执行会长张小虎教授、常务副会长林维教授、中国犯罪学研究会会长王牧教授、北京大学、公安大学、北京市法学会、最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部、司法部等单位的五十余位专家、学者、法律实务工作者出席了会议。
The newly revised Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors came into force on June 1, 2007. In response to the notice of the 18 departments including the All-China Women’s Federation and the Central Propaganda Department about focusing on the “Protection of Minors” during the “June 1” campaign, on June 9, the law department of Beijing Youth Political College and the juvenile legal system of China Law Society Education Research Society jointly held a seminar on propaganda and implementation of the Law on the Protection of Minors, Professor Kang Shuhua, President of the Legal Research Institute for Young People’s Law of China Law Society, Professor Zhang Xiaohu, Executive President, Professor Lin Wei, Executive Vice President of China Criminology More than 50 experts, scholars and legal practitioners from Professor Wang Mu, president of the research association, Peking University, Public Security University, Beijing Law Society, Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Justice attended the meeting .
