一、千分尺(分厘卡)(一)千分尺使用范围1.0.01毫米的千分尺只能用于测量工件精度较高的工件。2.凡不符合上项规定的工件,不准使用千分尺测量。(二)注意事项1.用前检查零位是否对正(0～25毫米零位对正,25毫米以上必须对棒或块规对正才能使用)。2.千分尺应端平多量几次再决定尺寸。3.用手握千分尺不可过久,以避免受热膨胀,影响精度。4.千分尺使用完后必须放在木盒内,不能放在机床上或其他别的地方。5.千分尺每周必须检查一次,合格证有效期满后必须送计量室校对。
