为明确芦笋杂交种新品系浙丰121 F1的农艺特性,以Grande F1和UC157 F2为对照,于2008-2011年在浙江新昌进行4 a的田间品比试验,后3 a在大棚避雨栽培条件下测定绿芦笋产量等9个相关性状和指标。试验结果表明,商品笋的3 a平均产量,浙丰121 F1、Grande F1和UC157 F2分别为25 459.52、22 775.13、16 292.13 kg/hm2,浙丰121 F1比Grande F1与UC157 F2分别增产11.79%和56.27%,且浙丰121 F1产量呈现逐年增高的趋势,其第三年商品笋产量比Grande F1增加24.49%,达极显著水平。同时,初步测定了嫩茎中含黄酮、芦丁、总酚和芦笋皂苷等保健成分指标,浙丰121 F1好于Grande F1,增幅15.61%~32.19%。田间茎枯病的发生程度,浙丰121 F1与Grande F1相仿,属中等感病,但UC157 F2高度感病。
