The realization of modernization in China is an ideal that the advanced Chinese have been constantly pursuing for more than 100 years and is also the goal that the Chinese Communist Party has worked for. However, the realization of modernization is a process that needs long-term efforts to achieve. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory, China’s economic development has succeeded in achieving its goal of double-turning over the course of the year 2000.
