目的：探讨经桡动脉路径行冠脉造影围术期的整体观察和护理效果。方法将患者分为两组，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用整体护理方案。比较两组患者围术期心理状况，室颤发生情况，术后手部创口渗血情况。结果围术期两组患者心理状况，室颤发生及术后手部创口渗血情况比较差异有显著性意义，<0.05。结论在经桡动脉路径行冠脉造影围术期通过有效的整体护理干预措施和有针对性的观察效果明显优于常规护理组。“,”Objective To investigate the radial artery coronary angiography perioperative observation and nursing ef ect to the whole. Methods The patients were divided into 2 groups, the control group with routine nursing method, the observation group with whole nursing program. Comparison of 2 groups of patients in peri operation period of mental status, the incidence of ventricular fibril ation, postoperative wound oozing of blood. Results The 2 groups of patients with perioperative psychological condition, there are significant ventricular fibril ation and postoperative wound oozing of blood dif erence, <0.05. Conclusion Through radial artery coronary artery through the whole ef ective nursing interventions and for observation ef ect was obviously bet er than that of routine nursing group contrast perioperative.
