目的 :探讨糖皮质激素联合中药治疗Vos -koyanagi-Harda(VKH)病的临床疗效。方法 :选择2 8例 ( 5 6眼 )初发性VKH病患者随机分为A、B两组 ,A组应用糖皮质激素治疗 ,B组在常规应用激素的同时 ,口服中药 ,观察两组患者治疗前后的视力变化情况。结果 :A组 15例 ( 3 0眼 )患者经糖皮质激素治疗后 :40 %视力≥ 0 .5 ;2 0 %视力≥ 0 .8。B组 13例 ( 2 6眼 )患者经糖皮质激素联合中药治疗后 :69.2 %视力≥ 0 .5 ,3 3 .8%;视力≥ 0 .8。结论 :糖皮质激素联合中药治疗初发性VKH病可取得良好疗效
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Vos-koyanagi-Harda (VKH). Methods: Twenty-eight patients (56 eyes) with VKH were randomly divided into A and B groups. A group was treated with glucocorticoid. Group B was treated with hormone at the same time, Changes in visual acuity before and after treatment. Results: In group A, 15 patients (30 eyes) were treated with glucocorticoid: 40% had visual acuity of 0.5 or above; 20% had visual acuity of 0.8 or above. In group B, 13 patients (26 eyes) were treated with glucocorticoid combined with traditional Chinese medicine: 69.2% had visual acuity of 0.5 or 3.3.8%; visual acuity of ≥ 0.8. Conclusion: Glucocorticoid combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary VKH disease can achieve good results
