英语专业四级考试(TEM4)是英语专业重要的全国性考试,其目的在于考察高等院校英语专业基础阶段学生的英语语言的综合运用能力,而综合英语课程的教学任务也在于此。本文主要从构建以学生为主体、重视学生综合语言能力和重视学习策略和方法的综合英语课堂这三个方面,探讨了如何把英语专业四级考试的要求内化到综合英语的课堂教学中,使二者有机结合,提高课堂教学效益,从而达到全面提高基础阶段学生语言综合运用能力的目的。
The English Major Level 4 Examination (TEM4) is an important national examination for English majors. Its purpose is to examine the comprehensive ability of English language proficiency of students in the basic stage of English majors in universities, and the task of teaching comprehensive English courses is also here. This article mainly discusses how to integrate the requirements of the English Major Level 4 exam into integrated English classroom teaching in terms of constructing a comprehensive English classroom that focuses on students, focuses on students’ comprehensive language skills, and emphasizes learning strategies and methods. To combine the two to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensively improving the basic language students’ comprehensive ability to use language.
