随着中国新兴财富阶层的不断增长,交通环境的不断改善,中国的度假产业也迎来了前所未有的高速发展;休闲已经成为成功人士私人生活的重要组成部分。世界旅游组织的研究成果表明,人均GDP达到3000美元左右是一个国家或地区休闲产业爆发式增长的临界点。而来自中国新闻网的最新报道称,去年,北京常住人口人均GDP已达12643美元,几近富裕国家水平。这一数字不仅揭示了北京休闲度假产业的巨大发展空间,对于当下休闲产业的现状而言,更多的是一种考验,即面对这些新起的财富阶层,“如何打造具有高品质的休闲度假区,满足这些人的休闲需求”成为了一个社会问题。
With the continuous growth of emerging wealth classes in China and continuous improvement of traffic environment, China’s holiday industry has also witnessed an unprecedented rapid development. Leisure has become an important part of the successful lives of private individuals. The research results of the World Tourism Organization show that a per capita GDP of about 3,000 U.S. dollars is the critical point for the explosive growth of the leisure industry in a country or region. According to the latest report from China News Network, the per capita GDP of the resident population in Beijing reached 12,643 U.S. dollars last year, almost the level of the rich countries. This figure not only reveals a huge space for development of leisure and tourism industry in Beijing, but also a test for the current status of leisure industry. In the face of these new wealth classes, how to create a high-quality Leisure resorts to meet the leisure needs of these people "has become a social issue.
