我国已进入一个新的发展机遇期。对我国企业来说,这既是一个机会与挑战并存的时代,同时也是充满转型困惑与痛苦的时代,尤其是人力资源管理,一方面,在全球经济一体化、信息化的过程中,国际上各种先进的人力资源管理理念和管理时尚不断地在我国企业得到有效地传播,冲击着人们的思想和行为;另一方面,由于我国企业特殊的成长背景和市场竞争环境,使得许多人力资源的理念受到了来自企业潜规则的无形抵制,难以落地生根,难以真正形成企业的人力资源竞争力,难以支撑企业战略目标的实现与核心竞争力的形成。就此,我们采访了中国人民大学劳动人事学院教授、和君创业研究咨询有限公司总裁彭剑锋先生(以下简称彭)。
