圆齿轮的基圆与节圆同心并与啮合线相切。但非圆齿轮的基线却事先未知并不易确定。本文作为渐开线齿廓上特异点的几何轨迹来求得非圆齿轮的基线。由特异点—点该第二渐开线支线开始形成齿廓估算限制的许可齿高和要求的许可最小齿数。我们讨论了节线曲率半径对许可齿高的影响,并举例说明所推荐的方法。
The base circle of the circular gear is concentric with the pitch circle and tangent to the mesh line. But the non-circular gear of the baseline was unknown and not easy to determine. In this paper, the geometrical locus of involute tooth profile is used to find the baseline of non-circular gear. From the point of uniqueness-point the second involute spur begins to form a tooth profile estimated limit permitted tooth height and a requested minimum number of teeth. We discuss the effect of pitch radii on permitted tooth height and illustrate the recommended method.
