中国是一个山地大国。中国山地影响着中国自然环境的演化和自然区域的分布,也影响着中国社会经济发展,在中国的可持续发展中占有极其重要的战略地位。本文围绕中国山区建设全面小康社会这个主题,阐明中国山区的战略地位,评价中国山区发展水平和阶段,预测中国山区实现小康和全面小康的时间表,剖析中国山区发展面临的主要挑战,论述中国山区发展战略的定位,提出山区发展战略思考。
