目的:优选舒肝和胃颗粒的水提取工艺条件。方法:以芍药苷提取量为考察指标,用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷含量,以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为影响因素,选用L_9(3~4)表进行正交实验。结果:优选工艺为:药材加8倍量水,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选工艺提取的浸膏中芍药苷含量较高,而浸膏量较低。
Objective: To optimize the water extraction process conditions of Shugan and stomach granules. Methods: Paeoniflorin was used as the index to measure the content of paeoniflorin. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The effects of adding water, decocting time and decocting times were studied. Results: The preferred process was as follows: medicinal materials plus 8 times the amount of water, extracted twice, each 1.5 h. Conclusion: The extraction process of paeoniflorin in the extract of the preferred process is higher, while the amount of extract is lower.
