合成了新试剂二安替比林邻乙氧基苯基甲烷(DAoEM),研究了它和V(Ⅴ)的显色反应。在H3PO4介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)和吐温20协同作用下,DAoEM和V(Ⅴ)生成橙色产物,λmax=480nm,ε=1.4×106L·mol-1·cm-1,V(Ⅴ)质量浓度在4~60μg/L符合比尔定律。用于钢样和中草药中V(Ⅴ)的测定,结果与原子吸收法结果一致,5次测定结果的RSD在1.8%~3.1%。
The new reagent diatopin - 2 - o - ethoxyphenylmethane (DAoEM) was synthesized and its color reaction with V (V) was studied. In H3PO4 media, DAoEM and V (V) produced orange products with the maxima of λ = 480nm and ε = 1.4 × 106L · mol-1 · cm-1 under the synergistic effect of Mn (Ⅱ) and Tween- Ⅴ) The concentration of 4 ~ 60μg / L is in accordance with Bill’s law. It was used for the determination of V (Ⅴ) in steel samples and Chinese herbal medicine. The results were in good agreement with the results of atomic absorption spectrometry. The RSDs of the five determinations were between 1.8% and 3.1%.
