基于LabVIEW软件和NDAQ-120614数据采集卡,开发了一套超声信号采集、存储、处理和显示的虚拟仪器系统。解决了传统超声波探伤仪无法对信号进行存储和处理的问题。数据采集设备通过USB总线实现和上位机的实时数据传输。文章重点阐述了虚拟仪器系统的设计思路以及数据处理的算法实现。通过实验论证表明:该系统运行稳定,数据处理结果正确,实现了双通道高速动态信号的采集、处理等功能。
Based on LabVIEW software and NDAQ-120614 data acquisition card, a set of virtual instrument system for ultrasonic signal acquisition, storage, processing and display was developed. Solve the traditional ultrasonic flaw detector signal can not be stored and processed. Data acquisition equipment through the USB bus and the host computer real-time data transmission. The article focuses on the design of virtual instrument system and data processing algorithms. The experimental results show that the system runs stably and the data processing result is correct, and realizes the functions of dual-channel high-speed dynamic signal acquisition and processing.
