两年前,为了增强队员们对学习的兴趣,我们开展了“小博士工程”,鼓励队员对他们感兴趣的问题进行研究,没想到队员们的积极性非常高。从去年开始我们又把它编入课程中,定为“专题研究课”。由于这是一门新型课程,我们没有教材,只能在校长的带领下一起研究、商量对队员进行辅导的方法。我们的辅导主要分为两部分: 第一部分是针对学生提出的普遍性问题利用课上的时间进行指导。如:怎样选题?开题报告应包括哪些内容?怎样设计调查问卷?怎样收集、选择、整理、保存资料等等。在指导形式上,方法灵活多样:讲座、问答、先实践,然后再从实践中总结经验等。
Two years ago, in order to enhance their interest in learning, we conducted the “Ph.D. Project” and encouraged team members to study the issues that they were interested in. I did not expect the enthusiasm of the team members to be very high. From last year, we put it into the course again and set it as “special subject research class”. Since this is a new type of course, we do not have any textbooks. Only under the leadership of the principal, can we study and discuss ways to coach our team members. Our counseling is mainly divided into two parts: The first part is the use of class time for guidance on the general issues raised by students. Such as: how to choose the topic? Opening report should include what? How to design the questionnaire? How to collect, select, organize, save information and so on. In the form of guidance, the method is flexible and diverse: lectures, questions and answers, first practice, and then summarize experience from practice.
