介绍了永磁偏置的混合磁悬浮轴承的工作原理。导出了主轴系统混合磁悬浮轴承的悬浮合力,得到了它的最大承载力条件及其设计计算公式。建立了混合磁悬浮轴承结构参数的设计计算理论,并在最后得出结论:永磁偏置混合磁悬浮轴承因无偏置绕组而体积小、功耗低;增加永磁体内部磁动势,可增大轴承的刚度,提高其承载能力以及降低控制功耗。
The working principle of hybrid magnetic suspension bearing with permanent magnet bias is introduced. The levitation force of the hybrid system of the main shaft system is derived.
