中小企业在扩大就业、活跃市场、增加收入、社会稳定以及形成合理的国民经济结构方面起着难以替代的作用.是推动国民经济发展、构造市场经济主体、促进社会稳定的基础力量。目前束缚我国中小企业发展的最大障碍是融资难。融资难的根本原因是我国中小企业信用缺失。没有完善的信用管理体系.难以取得授信方的信任。

At present, the biggest obstacle to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is financing difficulties. The root cause of financing difficulties is the lack of credit for SMEs in our country. There is no perfect credit management system.
