宁夏回族自治区“同心县民乐秦腔剧团”是该县张家塬乡群众自办的业余秦腔剧团。包括十名学员在内的四十五名剧团演职人员,大部分是本乡本土二十岁左右的农村青年,只有少数几个外聘的“名角”。他们每年平均演出四百余场,每场收入约一百元左右。演出收入除提留少部分公益金及添置戏箱和消耗品外,大部分发给个人。演员工资根据收入情况浮动,一般由三十元起码(学员工资)到一百二十元不等,年底盈余还可以分到红利。近几年来,在许多大剧团靠“放录像”、“办舞会”、“开旅馆商店”等勉强维持生计之时,一个群众自办的自负盈亏的小剧团能如此活跃和兴旺,颇值得人们深思。宁夏东南与陕、甘毗邻的一大片高寒山区,交通不便,很少有剧团光临,文化生活异常缺乏。这里有许多地区至今尚未通电,连“听戏”都很困难,更不要说“看戏”了。农村生产责任制实行后,群众物质生活日
