介绍了我军用户技术资料的发展过程,分析了IETM的思想理念、价值定位及其标准规范,提出了IETM发展的建议。

The development process of technical data of our military users was introduced. The ideological concept, value orientation and standards of IETM were analyzed. Suggestions for the development of IETM were put forward.
